All French Army Personnel agree to the Uniform Code of Military Justice regulation, which states that all of their actions while in or out of uniform are subject to formal investigation.

Section 1. Enforcement
The Senior Command Board and the Director of the National Gendarmerie are the authorized and appointed council of the UCMJ. They as a group can carry out any and all disciplinary acts without question or cause. UCMJ does not apply to all matters of classification and clearance, that is decided by the Director of the National Gendarmerie and the Director of Military Intelligence.
Section 2. Justice System
There are two types of courts within the French Army: The General Military Court and the High Military Court. The GMC will be conducted on trials of any rule or regulation or articles a member of the French Army has broken. The HMC is to be used for trials of complete investigations where an individual has broken classification or has committed clearance level breaches, such as treason. The HMC will only be presided by a member of the Senior Staff Board with counsel from the Director of the National Gendarmerie.

Article 1 - Violation of the Habbo Way
Break or fail to follow the Habbo Way.
Article 2 - Disrespect
Showing a lack of courtesy and respect for civilians or personnel at the French Army
Article 3 - Disobeying Orders
Failing to obey rules, a command or a superior-ranked personnel intentionally.
Article 4 - Insubordination
Showing defiance of authority and refusal to obey orders.
Article 5 - Insulting
Disrespectful and abusive to fellow personnel or civilians.
Article 6 - Conduct Unbecoming
Any personnel whose conduct within HQ or on the forums is to the contrary of what is expected of them at their pay-grade.
Article 7 - Disorderly Dress
Showing intentional disregard for the Dress Code outlined in Regulation 7.
Article 8 - Hate Speech
Any personnel who attacks a person or group on the basis of race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability or gender.
Article 9 - Nuisance
Personnel who cause inconvenience and annoyance on a frequent basis.
Article 10 - Cowardice
Related to AWOL. When any personnel who holds a command position goes AWOL they will be Dishonourably Discharged and will need to pardon the decision.
Article 11 - Incompetence
Any personnel who has shown an inability to do their tasks successfully.
Article 12 - Double Jobbing
Personnel who are employed at another establishment whilst being employed by the French Army.
Article 13 - Interference
Personnel who prevent a process or an activity from continuing or being carried out properly.
Article 14 - Desertion
Personnel who abandon the French Army in a way considered disloyal or treacherous.
Article 15 - Insecure Account
Personnel whose account has been shown as insecure and may be compromised.
Article 16 - Corruption
Personnel who show dishonest or fraudulent conduct. This also applies to abuse of power to silence opposition or to give undue favours to friends.
Article 17a - Treason
Any personnel who maliciously or intentionally wishes to disturb, disrupt or harm the French Army.
Article 17b - High Treason
Any personnel who have provided aid or information to enemies of the French Army.
Article 18 - Impersonation
Personnel who have pretended to be another person for fraudulent reasons.
Article 19 - Extortion
Threatening to release incriminating documents of a personnel employed at the French Army.
Article 20 - Espionage
Personnel who have acted as a spy to hand out information to other groups from the French Army.
Article 21 - Mutiny
Any personnel who has planned, taken a part in or supported an open rebellion against the Command Team of the French Army.
Article 22 - Sedition
Any personnel who has actively tried to recruit people to join an open rebellion against the French Army.

Any personnel who willfully tells lies or a misrepresentation under oath in a judicial hearing.
Article 24 - Unlawful Activities
Any personnel who has been suspected of supporting or conducting any unlawful activities whilst working within the FA
Article 25 - Falsification
Any member who falsifies experience or any other data for personal gain.
Article 26 - Cloning
Any member who makes or already owns other accounts without informing the command.

Any member who quits FA without or with no proper resignation.
