Section 3. Fraternization
Subsection 1. Siblings
All siblings must tell a member of the Senior Command Board so that they do not get banned for using the forums with the same IP address.
Subsection 2. Dating
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that couples do not abuse their power on each other. The French Army does recommend that no Officer fraternises with anyone within their Promotional Authority. If this in unavoidable, no promotions, demotions or discharges should be given to either under any circumstances. All relationships must be told to a member of the Senior Command Board over PM, and failure to do this will result in disciplinary action.

Subsection 1. Virtual Private Networks
The FA does not allow any use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) and if someone must use one, they must send a Direct Message to the DNG and CDS, requesting access. If their request is denied, they will not be allowed to use the VPN. If you fail to request or still use a Virtual Private Network you will be warned, and if continuous use you will be subject to further disciplinary action.
Subsection 2. Double Jobbing
Personnel of the French Army are allowed to participate in any Role-Playing activity they wish but they must still meet requirements of Active Duty. If they do not and only request Light Duty for Role-Playing reasons, this will be denied. The military should be your first priority. Participation within any agency/police force/military/ranked RPG will also be considered double-jobbing and you will be dishonourably discharged. Casinos are prohibited from use by personnel as they are against the Habbo way. The French Army is not liable for any scamming committed by personnel within a casino or arcade, and disciplinary action will likely not be handed out.
Subsection 3. Room Rights
Room Rights are given to members of the French Army at the discretion of the Marshal General. Those with rights must make themselves available whenever required. Those with rights must not do, but not limited to, the following:
- Move/Rotate furniture in any of the rooms without prior authorisation.
- Let unauthorised personnel into HQ
- Engage in any games using your room rights
- Abuse rights in any way
Subsection 4. Badge Rights
Badge Rights are given to members of the French Army at the discretion of the Marshal General. Any holder of badge rights who abuses them will be placed on Never Re-Hire Dishonourable Discharge.

- Posts should not include any sensitive real life information.
- Personnel should not flame, disrespect or post any kind of hate speech.
- Excessive use of foul language is prohibited, professionalism is a must at the French Army.
- Linking to external websites that contain inappropriate content is prohibited.
- Personnel should not spam.
- Personnel that have been given rights should not abuse them.
These are the general conduct that all personnel must abide by:
- Personnel are expected to respect everyone.
- Personnel are required to follow commands of their superiors, or they shall receive disciplinary action.
- Professionalism must be shown at all times, especially in all speeches.
- Personnel should not discuss matters regarding the French Army with others, this should be handled by FFL/FPA
- Personnel should not beg for pay, promotions or rights.
- Personnel should not abuse any rights or authority, and if someone has done so send it so their superior in the Chain of Command
- Personnel should not impersonate a person, a rank, or appointment. This includes self-promotion.
- Personnel should wear an appropriate uniform, motto and badge when visiting any military headquarters.
- Personnel should display an appropriate badge and motto at all times. (All official badges will be owned by grundl)
- Personnel should never activate the offline mode.
- Every FA personnels Habbo account should be at least 1 month old, unless there is a legit reason. Less old accounts can only be approved by SCB.
Subsection 3. Conduct Within Headquarters
- All personnel should listen to the Duty Officers.
- Personnel should never use any kind of strong language.
- Personnel should always speak English.
- Personnel should be filling the front if active.
- Personnel should fill the AFK row when needing to idle.
- Personnel should be handling all recruitment and transfers with respect.
- Nobody should be dancing or using effects/signs.
- Only sentries, the DDOs and COs may use coloured chat.
- Personnel should not wander around.
- Personnel should not stand nor sit anywhere in HQ without a legal reasonable reason.
